One of the many advantage's of working with Daunno Development is that our process allows you to tie up one of our gorgeous pieces of property for a limited period of time before you actually purchase it. In order to tie up a lot for a given period, you must sign a Letter of Intent and put up a 1% deposit made payable to our attorneys escrow account. (This 1% is fully refundable) Signing this Letter of Intent secures the lot you have chosen and gives you time to meet with our architect's. Within a few days it will become clear if it is possible to create your dream home on the lot in question.
