After a lot has been chosen we will set up another meeting with our architect and formally discuss the finalized plans for your new home. At this meeting the home can be modified to meet your specific requirements. Once the architect has prepared floor plans and elevation, they will be sent to you for approval. Once approved, we will come to a final purchase price and go to a formal contract on the lot and home.
