One
of the more glaring advantages of dealing with Daunno
Development will come when the construction of your
home finally starts. As a company, we take a very hands
on approach and make sure that there is a managing partner
on site or on call for every project. Each of these partners
will have a vested interest in the successful outcome of
the project and will work closely with you and your family
in order to help your vision come to fruition. This partner will also sit
down and help you pick everything from interior and exterior
selections to your kitchen cabinet and vanity design. (All initially
discussed during the contract period.) They will work side by
side with you from start to finish and answer any questions you
may have throughout.
As the project nears conclusion
the managing partner will also walk the project with you and
ask for a punch list of items that need to be addressed. It is
their job to make sure these things are taken care of and you
are satisfied.
