In this phase, Daunno Realty and Daunno Development work together to find you a home or property that can be transformed into your future dream home. Working with Daunno Realty, we can keep a close eye on the market to find our customers an ideal property or location. We can also spend direct mail to older homes in the areas our customers prefer soliciting people thinking of listing their home for sale. 

Once we have targeted a property or two, Daunno Development steps in to analyze the expansion possibilities and construction costs. Once our clients have found the ideal home or property and have a binding contract on it, we begin construction drawings and the permitting process.
