For the last 15 years, Daunno Developments residential construction contracting division has served central and northern New Jersey as one of the state’s primary home builders, design build general contractors, and home remodelers.

During that time, Daunno Development both established relationships with and worked hand in hand with a trusted network of professional sub-contractors. The Daunno’s policy is that these contractors and their associates have multiple crews, a functional office where they can be reached at all times, and proven track records of success in the industry. Daunno also requires any contractor that works on one of their projects to have a minimum of $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance and $500,000 in workmen’s compensation insurance.

Daunno Development is licensed with the State of New Jersey as both a New Home Builder and Home Improvement Contractor.

To date, Daunno Development’s experience and reputation in the field proceeds itself as they can quickly and affordably handle any construction project from a small home renovation to a large scale addition to a complete new home construction project.

As with all projects, Daunno Development will have an associate from the firm either on site or on call at all times to help answer any questions and take care of any issues that may arise while construction is underway.

As part of the companies “A Step Above the Rest” philosophy, Daunno offers free estimates and complimentary Computer Automated Design (CAD) floor plans to customers considering addition or renovation projects. These floor plans allow our customers to visualize their potential project without having to pay costly architectural fees.

Taking things a step further, if our customer’s project forces them to temporarily move from their home, Daunno Realty’s licensed Realtors and sales associates can help arrange short term rentals.
