For years, the thought of wasting his commercial development experience haunted Daunno Development Company owner, Rudolph Daunno Jr. For the first 25 years of his career, the commercial sector was all he knew. Still, with his new custom residential construction company booming, the time just wasn’t right to make the jump back. As any small business owner knows, there just aren’t enough hours in the day.  

Almost overnight, things changed. In the winter of 2008 his brother, Chris Daunno, left Mystic Development and joined the Daunno Team. Chris, like Rudy, had spent the majority of his career in commercial development and was very interested in continuing to pursue commercial work. Rudy also knew that within three months, his second son, Brandon would be finished with college and ready to join the company along side his other son, Rudy III. Within days, the family realized that it would be a travesty to let their combined experience in countless Commercial projects get lost by focusing solely on residential real estate.

That being said, Daunno Development opened a commercial division headed by Christopher Daunno. It will be the newest entity under the Daunno Development umbrella of companies.

Today, the goal of our commercial division is to provide creative and distinctive construction solutions for a variety of commercial needs; from large warehouse/office spaces to restaurants, general office, church properties and retail strip malls. Whether it's a simple remodel, a major renovation, or new construction, you want to work with a company that will finish your project on time, within budget, and with superior craftsmanship.

As with all Daunno projects, we will have an associate from our firm with a vested interest in the successful outcome of the project either on site or on call at all times to help answer any questions and take care of any issues that may arise while construction is in process.

For over 50 years the Daunno name has been synonymous with commercial management and development, stemming back to their strong ties with the Cali Family. Going forward, the Daunno’s intend to continue in that tradition.
