Richard Daunno

Rick has spent his entire career in the construction industry. While attending Fairleigh Dickenson University, he worked as a carpenter framing houses. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, he worked for several general contractors as an estimator and a project manager. In 1983, Rick joined his father and brother Rudy as a partner of Cali Associates. During Rick’s 24 years with Cali, he managed the construction of several Class A Commercial Office Buildings and eventually became responsible for the property management of multiple office and industrial properties.

For the last two years, Rick has been self employed investing in residential properties and building interior office renovations. With Daunno, Rick brings another layer of expertise that will help the company to grow. He intends to work closely with his Brother Chris expanding Daunno’s residential and commercial contracting divisions into new areas.
