Flooring
- Oak
flooring is our standard for the living room, dining room,
family room, and throughout the hallways, bedrooms, and adjoining
closets on the second floor. Bedroom carpeting in lieu of
hardwood is also an available option if the homeowner chooses.

Stairwells
- The
home comes with one stairwell to the second floor, one to
the basement, and one to the garage. Basement and garage
stairwells to be all pine. Main stairwell in the home to
have oak risers and threads. Oak rails and balusters at the
main entrance stairwell. Home’s also have optional rear stairwells to the second floor.

Cabinets,
Vanities & Tops - The
home is offered with a $30,000 cabinet and vanity allowance and a $10,000 counter top allowance. Granite counter tops are offered as standard
in the kitchen and marble tops are offered as standard
in the bathrooms.
