With the help of Daunno's in house engineers, we were able to assist the Lara family in uncovering the potential beaming from their Westfield New Jersey cape cod. Our plan included adding a roughly 350 square foot rear addition to create a larger family room and breakfast nook as well as adding a 14 foot covered porch to spice up the front elevation of the home.
