In this project, we will be renovating half of the first floor and adding a large rear kitchen addition. We will then be cutting a stair case in and adding roughly 1800 square feet to the second floor of the home to give the homes 4 more bedrooms, a large family/room play area, a laundry room, and a wet bar.
