Spring is in the air! (Almost)
Dear Rudolph,
I hope you
had a happy and health holiday season! With the
New Year already in February and spring right
around the corner, everyone here at Daunno
Development is pressing to make sure we have the
most successful year in company history. With
that in mind, I'd like to start by asking my
family, friends, and business associates to keep
us in mind in the coming months. While we have
worked hard to successfully navigate one of the
worst economic storms in this country's history,
we are still constantly looking for
opportunities to meet with clients and bid their
projects.
Over the last month, we
at Daunno have come to terms with buyers for the
last 3 lots at our Charlotte Drive Estates
Sub-Division, we have signed on to build another
addition in Westfield, and are looking forward
to favorable responses on the many renovation
and new home projects we've recently bid. Still,
as anyone in construction will tell you, it is
never too early to start planning a spring,
summer, or fall new home or renovation project
and we're hoping you can help us spread the
word!
As always, I thank you

Realty represented the homeowners and helped

rental while the home was being constructed.
Daunno Development worked hand in hand with the

contractor for over a year to coordinate what

ever seen.
