Daunno Realty announces new President, Broker of Record and new Sales Associate

Dear Rudolph,
 Front of 18 Charlotte
It is with great pride for me to announce that my son, Rudolph Daunno III, has qualified for and passed the New Jersey Real Estate brokerage exam and is now our new President and Broker of Record at Daunno Realty Services LLC. Despite the market turmoil that exists today, both in new home construction and the real state sales industry, Rudy has moved forward in a relentless effort to establish himself as a key player in today's marketplace.

I am also proud to announce that my second son Brandon has recently passed the Real Estate Sales exam and is now a licensed real estate salesman at Daunno Realty Services. Brandon is Daunno Development's in-house civil engineer with a concentration on plan design, project management, and estimating. Working together with his brother Rudy, they have great plans to move our companies forward.

   I
n keeping with my commitment to them, I plan to do everything in my power to ensure they are prepared for today's challenges and tomorrow's market recovery. I am very proud of the hard work, dedication and constant pursuit of success that these two young men continue to demonstrate. I am very confident that the future of all of our companies are in good hands going forward.

Seamless Integration of Two Story Additon on Wyoming St, Millburn

Wyoming StUsing a fabulous Danial Dubinett design, the Daunno's will be helping the Solomon family completely expand and transform their home. Small Changes making a BIG difference on Village Circle, Westfield

Front of 18 CharlotteWith the help of Daunno's in house engineers, we were able to assist the Lara family in uncovering the potential beaming from their Westfield cape. Our plan includes adding a roughly 350 square foot rear addition to create a larger family room and breakfast nook as well as adding a 14 foot covered porch to spice up the front elevation of the home.
Curbs in, paving to commence at
Forest Glen Estates, Westfield

Forest

Daunno's newest project, Forest Glen Estates, is moving along nicely. With all of the utilities now in place and the curbs set, the new cul-de-sac (to be named Forest Glen Court) is about to be paved. According to company President Rudy Daunno Jr, "The project is really taking shape. Paving the road is a big step for us. Construction of the first home should start soon!" The anticipated completion date of the first home and Grand Opening for the project is Spring 2010.

Testimonial to Managing Partner,  Chris Daunno
Front of 18 Charlotte

When Brian and I first started talking about a renovation, I was overwhelmed. I had no idea what I was in for. We really needed someone to hold our hand through the process. We called Chris and asked for a meeting. From that point on we knew we were a fit. Chris not only held our hand, but led us through the path of unanswered questions, and maintained professionalism throughout. We couldn't be happier with the result and even in our finishing stages I can honestly say I would do it all over again with Daunno Development.

Sincerely,
Tina Kelly
