Dear
Rudolph,
I'd like to thank everyone for
their positive response to our newsletter
"Daunno Developments." I would also like to use
this opportunity to comment on some of the
questions I've heard repeatedly since the
newsletter's launch. People
continue to ask, "With the country in an
economic crisis, have you sold any homes? Are
you getting any work?" I tell them that while
new home sales have slowed, we are staying busy
by incorporating many of the lessons learned
during my 30 years in this business.
First and foremost, I learned that
quality sells. I have held tight to the belief
that when you surround yourself with top quality
sub-contractors, innovative architects and
maintain high construction standards, business
will come. The second thing I
learned is that it is crucial to stay a step
ahead of your competition and diversify. While
other builders were only doing new homes, we
established ourselves as both a new home builder
and general contractor doing additions and
add-a-levels. Keeping with this mindset, I am
proud to announce that Daunno Development has
now opened a Commercial Contracting Division and
we will be introducing its new web site here
next month.
Finally,
I learned to take the gloom and doom of the news
with a grain of salt. With interest rates at
all-time lows and home prices more affordable
then we've seen in years, this market has become
an ideal place for savvy buyers to make a great
investment by remodeling their current property
or purchasing a new one. In
closing, I'd like to thank you for taking the
time to read this and I look forward to working
together in the future,
Rudolph Daunno

Adding a Level to 441 Spruce Ave,
Garwood NJ
Now under construction,
the Daunno's are working for newly appointed
Garwood Councilman Jonathan Linken and his wife
Heather. Using a plan drawn by one of Daunno's
Civil Engineers and certified by Roger Winkle,
we will be tearing the roof off their current
ranch and adding four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and
a laundry room to the second floor of their
home. When complete, the home will also have a
new roof and new
siding. |
